No man is an island entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main! This is most evident in Software Development. Having pockets of knowledge is bad for business, and simply dangerous, making it difficult to deliver on time and efficiently.
If I am the only person who has the knowledge in my head, and I can't make it into work, how long will it take to deliver the required Software?
How do you get round this problem? Can you do it easily without Teamwork?
